Bruce is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and holds certifications as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Certified Neighborhood Specialist (CNS), Residential Construction Certification (RCC),Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Certified Residential Specialist certification (CRS), which has only been awarded to 3% of Real Estate Professionals nationwide. CRS agents must meet stringent education and experience requirements in order to receive this certification. He has also won annual awards such as Rookie of the Year Award, Outstanding Realtor Award and numerous annual Circle of Achievement Awards.
