We wish to take this opportunity to share with you our sincere appreciation of how we were assisted and the professionalism given to us by Bruce in our purchase of our house in Athens.

We contacted Bruce in early March 2004 and shared with him that our son is attending UGA and we were in need of finding a small home for him and a roommate. We informed Bruce of the price range and location that we were interested in. Immediately Bruce emailed us homes within our price range and location area of our request. We set up an appointment with Bruce on a Saturday in March to view what had been emailed to us. He spent the whole day showing us those homes and others that he had located prior to our appointment.

Never did he try to show us something out of our price range or location that we had requested. This alone means a lot to us. There was no “bait and switch” or try getting a more expensive home for a higher commission settlement. Bruce knew what we wanted and he knew what we would pay and he continued to work for us until he found the home that suited us!

In the past Alison and I have had many experiences with Realtors. Some pleasant and some not so pleasant when purchasing real estate. Bruce Hendley is to be commended for the professionalism and treatment shown us in regards to our recent purchase. I have informed our local mortgage loan officer and bank president that we would be pleased to recommend the services of Mr. Bruce Hendley to all individuals who might be interested in purchasing a home in the Athens area.
